We are dedicated to fostering a community that energises and backs our team. A community where purpose propels our actions and trust
We prioritise helping our team maintain a harmonious equilibrium between work and familial duties. We provide family and paternity leave benefits, in addition to policies supporting elder care, pregnancy loss, and bereavement.
We understand the significance of adaptability, acknowledging that traditional 9-5 schedules are not always ideal. Therefore, we offer flexible working hours and wholeheartedly support a remote work culture.
We know the importance of camaraderie and enjoyment in the workplace. While we may not have expansive physical offices, we dedicate funds to frequent social activities. Furthermore, we organise company-wide social events twice a year.
All our interviews are conducted over Whereby (online video platform). We prefer CET office hours, but we can be flexible if that’s difficult for you.
If interviews don’t work out this time, you’re welcome to re-apply after 12 months, and earlier if something materially changes about your experience or skills.
All our positions are for now fully remote, all the time. No matter where you reside in Europe, your location will not be a barrier to joining our team. We acknowledge the value of flexibility and adaptability, hence we've completely embraced the remote work approach. There's no transitional phase or requirement to come into an office at any point - you'll have the liberty to contribute to our mission from wherever you choose.
Should you have conducted notable independent studies, crafted a thought-provoking blog article, or made significant contributions to open-source software, we encourage you to highlight these achievements at the forefront of your resume!
We do not provide feedback on resumes or interviews.
We have several brilliant colleagues who never went to college.
Should the outcome be unfavorable, we'll reach out via email. In case you've applied and haven't received a response from us, we apologize. As a compact team handling a potentially large pool of applicants, it may take us some time. Rest assured, we will notify you via email once a decision has been made.
Feel you could be an asset to our team but don't spot any current openings? Don't hesitate! Send us your resume regardless; we're always eager to meet potential team members.
