CrossOver Intelligence delivers a fully managed pipeline that helps users stay informed on the latest publications and gain insights on the threats affecting the online information environment, online platform accountability and regulation space in Europe.

How does it do this?

The information pertaining to digital threats is sourced from a variety of stakeholders such as civil society organisations, fact-checkers, academics. Our in-house policy expert reviews and selects high-priority articles and reports from the community for deeper analysis.

A user can also create personalise feeds based on the their priorities such as which platforms they want to monitor or geographies of interest.

The information is presented via an online dashboard in an easy-to-use familiar layout, akin to an RSS reader or email client. Users can browse the curated information similar to a newsfeed and clicking on each entry will lead the user to a detail pane displaying a concise abstract, an analyst’s note, and more relevant metadata.

We have also integrated an automated categorisation of potential infringements of the Digital Services based on the RADAR framework. Human expertise is being combined with AI-driven insights to form more reliable threat assessments.

With CrossOver, users can design and accelerate threat response strategies based on a clear risk-based structure.
