Pravda dashboard

The Pravda dashboard highlights with numbers the extent of Russia’s Pravda network, also known as Portal Kombat.

Pravda dashboard

In February and March 2025, Check First and the Atlantic Council’s DFRLab released two investigations about Russia’s Pravda network (you can read them here and here). To show its extent in a more concrete way, both companies issued an online dashboard aggregating near real-time data from the network. All data is available on our GitHub.

Which type of data can we find on the dashboard?

The dashboard analyses various datasets such as the quantity of articles, websites, languages, sources and publication time patterns. All of them are categorised by domain names and countries. Findings are then rendered in readable graphics. Data is automatically updated every hour to be as close to reality as possible.

Who can use it?

The dashboard is meant to support research and journalistic work by providing detailed insights on how specific countries are targeted by the Pravda network. Data scientists, journalists and members of the open-source community (as well as anyone interested in the fight against disinformation) are widely invited to use it.
